Honey came to use from another foster home. She was healing from what was believed to be a dog bite at the base of  her tail area. This sweet, shy girl slowly came out of her shell and seemed to be feeling better and better every day.

Honey spent several weeks at our house recouping and healing.
Honey was one of the few dogs that seemed to chew her way through our home. She chewed plush toys to shreds, hard toys to nubs and some interesting items like our remote control, curtains and a blanket.

Honey was adopted by this young lady and her family.

Unfortunately, after Honey went to her forever home her new vet found bullet fragments embedded in her tail and rump. Honey had to have her tail amputated but is now leading a happy, healthy life with her new family.
